This week actually started of pretty rough but got better as it went on! Usually I sit at home at night and type up what happened that day but I haven't done that this week so I feel bad for this email.
Monday was kinda of all over the place with our schedule but it all worked out anyways! I don't remember what we did that Pday but what ever it was must not have been too exciting if I don't remember it!
Tuesday was full of new investigators! We called a lot of people in the area book and contacted quite a few cool people! A few of them are about 24 years old and they are men so we didn't have to worry about finding a church brother to go with us! It was awesome! Just a great day over all!
Wednesday was district meeting like always. Went to a few people that we contacted in the area book, but had a hard time getting church brothers to a few appointments. We took Camillot to a Haitian investigator and He about fell asleep a couple times! It's okay though because Camillot works night shifts from 9 to 9 or something like that. On the way home we stopped by the Caves and took Camillot inside of them! I have a video and some pictures of it but the video isn't that bright so just listen to it.
Thursday I don't really remember what happened that day besides the fact that the Seawell's love having us over because every time we go over there they have fresh baked cookies! I die a little on the inside every time we go over there!
Friday night was crazy with weekly planning, interviews with President Pearson over Skype, and the Friday night activity! The Activity was awesome! We played a lot of basketball with the members and I challenged a member that doesn't come to church that is about as tall as my brother and a good basketball player. He had prideful written across his forehead! So we played and his team won but he hardly contributed to the W. brother Scutt won it for them by dropping two threes back to back when we were tied at 10! Oh well though, it was a blast!
Saturday was alright as well, not a much happened. We did go to the Seawell's and have "Tacobell" for dinner! I almost cried! I love the Seawell's so much! We tried to also see Paulette that night but she has kind of dropped off the face of the earth. We have tried to see her so much but the appointments have fallen through for this whole transfer! We are pretty beat up about it honestly. She was such a great investigator but things have been stopping here from coming to church, stopping our lessons, etc.. Jackson and Maria, we have no clue what we are gonna do with them. We have done everything we could think of to get them to come to church and they live RIGHT NEXT TO IT!! Maria comes every once in a while but Jackson hasn't been once! It's starting to irritate Elder Greenwade and I. But life goes on whether or not they come. It has been pretty frustrating to see them not come to church. We love them so much!
Go to church! Read your scriptures! You know that moment when you think to yourself, "I don't want to read my scriptures." Or "I don't feel like going to church." Those are the times when you need to do them THE MOST! The Adversary does everything he can to pull you down because he wasn't us all to be miserable like him! It may seem fine and dandy while you aren't doing it but in the long run it is tearing you down! Please, do those things!!
I love you all!!
