Week 94

Hey guys!

Monday I don't remember what we did. Sorry... Oh, I got to skype home to say good bye to my Brother! That's what I did haha.

Tuesday we went back out to Lancaster to see Tiana and her friends. We spent most of the morning out there. On the way back in to Mandeville we saw Hailey and read the Book of Mormon with her. That evening we went to pick up some things that other missionaries have ordered from a guy who carves stuff out of wood. Then we went home for studies.

Wednesday we went to Pipeline Road to see an Inactive member. He was cool, he faces a lot of adversity at his work. They don't like Latter-Day Saints too much here but so it goes. Went back into Mandevile for District Meeting. Afterwards we were supposed to have a lesson but that didn't happen so we went home for the night.

Thursday we went to the Richardson's for lunch. It was nice! I did all of the dishes for them and then cut open a coconut for the mother. They were all impressed by my cleaning skills and my cutting open a coconut with one chop. (Mom I won't do dishes when I get home...Just Kidding haha.) After that we went to the Square to do a Book of Mormon Stand with the other Mandeville Elders and Sisters. It was way fun! A lot of people came up to talk to us about our beliefs and everything! After that we went to see Malcolm. We talked about how we have to act on our faith then God will bless us with miracles. After him we went to the Thomas's for a Family Home Evening.

Friday morning we did some Weekly Planning. At about 1:30 we got picked up to go to Spanish Town for a Mission Conference on Saturday. That night we went to Momma Eddies for Dinner and that is the first time that I have had her food! It was so good!

Saturday we went to the church to have a Missionary Broadcast with President Nelson to all thye Missionaries in the Caribbean Area. It was rough because half of it was in Spanish. But it was really cool! The entire mission was there for it! Afterwards we had a Church Broadcast where President Nelson spoke with all the members in the Caribbean Area. That one was also in Spanish... Oh well! That night we were all shipped back to their areas. When we got home we finished our Weekly Planning.

Sunday morning we had a meeting with the Sister and the Foisey's, a senior missionary couple, about an Interfaith Meeting that we are going to be attending this Friday. After that was church. After church we went to Sister Nixon's for dinner. Later we went to see Israel and Wint with their families. That was an interesting lesson. They are so close to the truth but yet so far.

I am truly grateful for Modern Day Prophets! I had the chance to listen to the Prophet talk with missionaries and I know him to be called of God! No one can tell me or convince me otherwise!

Love you guys!
